Principal Technical Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Principal Technical Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our sustainability consultancy, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to construction professionals on products, systems, and applications within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
  • Providing expert and professional advice to construction professionals on products, systems, and applications within the built environment
  • Producing Fabric heat loss calculations such as U-values and thermal bridging
  • Heat and moisture analysis
  • Energy assessments of new-build dwellings using the 'Standard Assessment Procedure' and the 'Future Homes Standard: Home Energy Model'
