Master of Calendars: Take charge of the CEO's and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members' calendars like a virtuoso conductor, ensuring meetings, appointments, and calls are orchestrated flawlessly.
Jet-Setter Extraordinaire: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, from securing flights to accommodations, ensuring smooth sailing for both domestic and international trips.
Agenda Architect: Craft meticulous agendas, take precise meeting minutes, and distribute materials with finesse, setting the stage for productive executive gatherings.
Action Maestro: Follow up on meeting actions with precision, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and all tasks are completed promptly.
Gatekeeper Supreme: Screen and prioritise incoming communications and meeting requests, exercising discernment and efficiency in handling emails, calls, mail and meeting invites.
Wordsmith Wizard: Prepare and polish correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents to perfection.
Strategic Liaison: Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with professionalism.
Insightful Researcher: Dive into data, compile insights, and craft compelling briefs for executive review, empowering informed decision-making.
Guardian of Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
