As a Paid-Social Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to company training and development.
* Overseeing the growth and development of Paid-Social Execs, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Enforcing agency processes and policies within your team.
* Sharing industry insights with the team and clients, translating them into actionable strategies.
* Addressing account issues and providing support to paid consultants.
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' paid-media activity and business objectives.
* Leading client meetings, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality reports.
* Implementing test and learning approaches across clients and refining strategies accordingly.
* Managing day-to-day ad account operations within your team's portfolio.
* Staying updated with the latest data and research from industry bodies.
What we're looking for:
* Proactive, solution-focused individuals with a passion for marketing and digital innovation.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* 3-5 years of experience in Paid-social (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, or TikTok).
* Experience in a client-facing role and familiarity with marketing science and theory.
* Strong analytical skills and an eye for creative solutions.
* Knowledge of measurement studies such as Brand Lift and Conversion Lift.
* Genuine interest in sustainable fashion, beauty brands, and global retail.
