Construction Site Manager – EXCLUSIVE to 360 Recruitment
Derby                                 
Circa £55,000 (depending on experience)
My client is a family run construction company looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new construction project in Derby.
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate and supervise site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and records.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on site.Skills and Experience
Experience on the ground to work with subcontractors is essential
Proven experience as a Site Manager working on student accommodation and apartment blocks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid driving license.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS)Applications
