Our client is recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team based in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
Role Overview
Your day-to-day duties will include:
o Generating sales leads using various resources such as LinkedIn and online research.
o Ensuring the internal CRM system is accurately updated to manage prospects.
o Using initiative to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell additional products and services.
o Reporting to the Sales Director to provide progress updates weekly.
o Attending and presenting updates in the weekly sales meeting.
o Setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy sales environment, and will show themselves to be self-motivated, determined and equally collaborative and independent. You will require Maths GCSE or equivalent, and should be proficient in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint literacy. B2B sales experience is essential, preferably in the energy or utility brokerage and consultancy sectors. You will have excellent communication and team-building skills which will assist you in building relationships with new and existing clients from day one.
The Package & Benefits
Salary for this role is between £24,000 and £30,000 depending on experience. Our client operates an individual commission structure, with a bonus-scheme based on company turnover. You will receive 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with an additional day off for your birthday. They also provide free breakfast for all their employees
