Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support pitches across Spark Foundry, Starcom, and Zenith.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of RFIs and RFPs.
- Develop pitch collateral, case studies, and credentials.
- Support pitch teams in production, workshops, research, data logistics, and rehearsals.
- Elevate strategic propositions and support pitch leads in crafting compelling brand stories.
- Mentor New Business Executives and Managers to ensure top-notch pitch management.
- Drive best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in new business within advertising
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- A solid understanding of the marketing, communications, and media landscape.
