KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Liaising with customers effectively processing orders from enquiry through to invoicing
* Supporting Customers with offering product knowledge, such as ad-ons and alternatives when required
* Providing accurate, detailed price and availability quotations to customers via the phone or email enquiry.
* Managing all customer enquiries both verbal and written
REQUIREMENTS:
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Ability to multitask and manage own time effectively
* Computer literate
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure results
