Job Description:
They are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive the right parts and services, maintaining the high standards of service that they are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their agricultural and construction machinery.
* Provide expert advice and support to customers, both in person and over the phone.
* Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are readily available.
* Process orders and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Collaborate with the service and sales teams to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the agricultural or construction machinery industry.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery parts.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in using parts databases and inventory management systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
