Job DescriptionnDriving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.nSupporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.nProviding HR advice and support to the leadership team.nOverseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.nEnsuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.nLeading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.nManaging employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.nCollaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.nAnalysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.

The Successful ApplicantnA successful Senior HRBP should have:nA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.nProven experience supporting engineering teams in tech companies .nKnowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.nStrong leadership and team management skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nThe ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
