Levy Search are seeking an exceptional engineering leader to manage a team of talented Machine Learning engineers focused on delivering state-of-the-art LLM, speech, and multimodal technologies to production. This role thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive innovation. Utilizing cutting-edge techniques, you will play a vital role in deploying advanced AI capabilities globally and building a world-class engineering team from the ground up.

ResponsibilitiesnDeliver advanced LLM, speech, and multimodal technologies to production in collaboration with product, compiler, platform, and ML research teams.nDevelop and maintain robust training and inference methods for productization.nCreate and manage application code for evaluations on various benchmarks.nEnhance developer productivity through process improvements and automation.nBuild and maintain data processing utilities for LLM training.

Skills and Qualificationsn8+ years of experience in software engineering.n3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.nProficiency in code review and technical problem-solving to support and unblock engineers.nExperience with PyTorch or Python.nHands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal, and NLP applications is highly desirable.nProven people management or mentoring experience.nStrong project management skills, including prioritization and cross-team communication.nExperience in a startup environment is advantageous.nB.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
