A fast-growing technology company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of batteries with intelligent software is currently looking for a VP Sales. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, crafting compelling narratives, fostering strategic partnerships, and securing lucrative deals with major car manufacturers.  
 
The VP Sales will:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Implement robust sales performance metrics and analytics to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Identify new market opportunities and devise plans to penetrate and expand market share.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.  
The VP Sales will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or software industries (connected car domain).
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and building high- performing sales teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
