Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Shropshire and West Midlands based Property company to recruit for a Facilities Manager
The ideal candidate will have a facilities or asset management background ideally from the property industry
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a commercial portfolio day to day – including liaising with tenants, processing and managing service charge budgets
* Dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters
* Budgets and reconciliations
* Working alongside the Asset Management accounts team
* Regular property inspections and utilising these to identify areas where asset value can be added
* Liaising with a variety of clients – including Pension funds and more local businesses
* Dealing with insurance renewals/claims and any major client works
The ideal base for this role is within the Shropshire area however there is a base within the West Midlands that can be used also.
Working hours and benefits
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Salary £35,000 to £45,000
Holiday and pension plan
