In this role, you’ll lead a talented group of engineers, leveraging a variety of technologies to develop a scalable distributed systems platform.


You’ll enable data-driven decisions that optimise advertising and marketing strategies and strengthen commercial partnerships.


The outcomes of your work will drive business growth whilst also presenting the customer with a more tailored individual experience.


Your contributions will be crucial in shaping the future of the business and wider industry, making it more efficient and customer-centric.


Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

- Architectural Collaboration: Work alongside a technical lead to shape the architecture of the platform.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Product Collaboration: Partner with a product owner/manager to ensure solutions meet business needs.


Your team will be working with a variety of technologies, with their software written predominantly with Java and Python and deployed to AWS. You'll have a good understanding of server side development, but experience with Java/Python isn't a must.
