We are now looking for a Music Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis for a job share role, working between nine and 13.5 hours over two to three mornings per week.
You will be working during term time, plus four weeks during school holidays.

The Role
As our Music Administrator, you will provide excellent administrative support to the Director of Music and the Music Department.
Liaising with visiting music teachers (VMTs), youll co-ordinate the provision of music lessons, trips, events and examinations, including booking travel and accommodation and uploading examinations in a timely manner.
Undertaking a range of general admin duties, youll respond to enquiries, co-ordinate and collate payroll and billing information, order music equipment and update our weekly bulletin and Blundellian event information.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage our online database- Provide data for the Education Committee- Maintain iSAMs for the VMTs- Produce survey forms and other documentation
About You
To be considered as our Music Administrator, you will need:
- Excellent administration skills- Good communication and customer service skills- Good attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages
