This will be a varied role to manage the financials for the operations as well produce meaningful management information to be presented to a range of stakeholders to enable better decision making. You will also be responsible for managing the finance team day to day.

Salary of up to £62,000 (Dependent on experience)

Auto enrolment pension (Switch to group pension in year 2)
Hybrid working: 1 day WFH per week
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm (Monday to Thursday) with an earlier finish on Friday. These hours can be flexed too.
This role will include the following duties:-
Responsible for managing the finance team day to day
Production of Monthly Management Accounts along with supporting commentary and analysis
Production and analysis of various weekly and monthly financial reports
Statutory accounts preparation
Identification of trends, monitoring year on year growth / deficit and monitoring against targets
Controlling and monitoring stock takes
To build and maintain productive relationships across the business
To work with external advisors and professional organisations
To continually review processes and provide recommendations
Undertake project work as required
Identify future impactors to the business, provide recommendations as appropriate.
To be successful for this role you will have the following skills and experiences:-
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified
Some experience gained within the manufacturing sector
Diligent and accurate
Strong communicator
Good level of IT skills
Good attention to detail
