Here at Aspire we have partnered up with one of the nationwide largest motor insurance brokers who specialise in non-fault accident claims for drivers. They are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join their Liverpool based team. You will be responsible for organising services such as arranging a replacement vehicle, repairs and liaising with solicitors for personal injury.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
Record every detail of the accident on inhouse database
Obtain and verify all necessary documentation before arranging a replacement vehicle.
Conduct enquiries with all parties involved in the RTA, including witnesses, third parties, and insurance companies.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate replacement vehicles, repairs, and personal injury services.
Monitor claims to ensure maximum cost recovery and minimal disruption to clients.
Show empathy and understanding to clients during stressful situations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and liability enquiries.
About you:
Previous telephony experience
Active listening skills.
The ability to remain calm, focused and positive in challenging situations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills
