Autonomy You will have full ownership of the investment process - from origination through to execution. The role suits a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and enjoys building relationships across the market. Exceptional performers will have clear pathways for progression into senior leadership as the platform expands further. What do you need to bring to the table? 8-12 years’ experience in real estate investment, fund management, or development. A strong track record of originating & executing transactions in the UK living sectors autonomously. Demonstrable experience in structuring forward fundings, forward commitments, and JV partnerships. The ability to underwrite and interrogate financial models (Excel proficiency required - but not a modeling-heavy role). Strong commercial instincts and deal judgement, with a clear understanding of risk and value. The confidence to operate independently, while collaborating closely with internal development, design, and finance teams. A proactive, resourceful mindset and genuine enthusiasm for doing deals in a fast-moving environment. Thrives in a flat, entrepreneurial structure. The Role Originate, structure, and execute residential transactions (forward fundings, JV) across London and the UK’s major regional cities. Take full ownership of deals - from initial sourcing, financial appraisal, and negotiation through to completion. Work alongside an experienced development team to assess and deliver complex projects. Other Details Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus + long-term incentive potential. Location: Central London.
