Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer – Finance & Healthcare
About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and results-driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding Finance and Healthcare desk at HMP Group Ltd.
This role is ideal for those with a strong background in recruitment and an exceptional track record in resourcing qualified, high-caliber talent.
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for critical positions within our Finance and Healthcare divisions.
This is a high volume role requiring a high level of calls to be made on a daily basis, strong telephone experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively search and identify qualified Finance and Healthcare professionals.
* Manage a high volume of open roles with precision and efficiency.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to meet monthly targets and ensure timely delivery of candidate shortlists.
* Handle high-pressure demands effectively, with a strong focus on results and meeting stringent client expectations.

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Finance or Healthcare sectors.
