Our Client Ealing Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities.
Requirements
Experience of working in a Learning Disabilities Team with a social work qualification.
The candidate should have an understanding of Adult Social Work legislation.
A good standard of completing assessments such as Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments.
Be familiar with the safeguarding procedure and have acted as a enquiry officer or SAM.
Have experience of working with other agencies and providers.
Have an understanding of using a strength based approach within there social work practice.
Can jointly work with Learning Disabilities Health Team.
Attending and completing reviews and support plans.
Desirable but not essential using Mosaic.
Making good use of supervision.
Understanding of Direct Payments.
