You'll oversee the successful execution of multiple campaign elements—from Hero and mini-campaigns to organic and paid media strategies, out-of-home placements, influencer partnerships, and more—managing them end-to-end for their top-tier national and international clients.


Leadership is crucial in this role and you will have full management responsibility for the paid social, paid search and organic teams.


Salary: £70,000 + Benefits, Hybrid working


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with the Client Services team delivering the optimum outcome and solution for our clients.
  • Be part of the full client lifecycle, including leading pitches and onboarding new clients.
  • Evaluating and implementing performance management software and tools to help collect and analyse performance data more effectively.
  • Advising on desired budgets for campaigns to optimise reach and impact with target audiences.
  • Monitor and integrate social trends and incorporate findings into planned campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and high-level engagement.
  • Full management of the Performance and Social team including appraisals and annual reviews.
  • Identifying training and development needs within the organisation to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, teams, or departments


You:


  • 6+ years of agency experience, with a strong social media focus and sharp commercial awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and communications, with a deep understanding of Paid and Search platforms and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across various client accounts and projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Positive, polished, and articulate, with strong communication skills for sharing ideas internally and with clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and the full client lifecycle.
  • Confident, proactive problem solver who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
