Project Manager
Regional Contractor - Reading
£75K + car Allowance
Working with a Regional Contractor based in Berkshire on projects ranging from £2-8M within commercial, industrial, education and the health sectors.
You must have contractual and commercial experience of running your own projects from start to finish.
You will be full time on one project with a full site team and the commercial and design support in head office.
Duties will include but not limited to :
Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, objectives, schedules, and resources.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Estimate costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate human and material resources effectively to meet project requirements.
Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets standards and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
Contract Management: Oversee contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes.
Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
