We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee residential groundwork projects ranging from £250k to £6 million across five sites. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring project delivery within budget and on time, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
* Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple residential groundwork projects.
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
*
Contract & Financial Management:
* Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
*
Quality & Compliance:
* Ensure projects meet all health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and compliance.
*
Stakeholder & Team Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management.
* Lead and support site managers and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
*
Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
*
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, managing multiple sites.
* Experience with projects valued between £250k and £6 million.
*
Skills:
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial management.
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
