Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Central London.

The company:

Our client in a national contractor who predominately work in the retail and fit-out sector.

The role entails:

Managing the Site Manager and sub-contractors on site

Liasing with clients - Pre-start meeting and other meetings with the client

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project

Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs

Ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget

Organising logistics, delegating work and keeping track of spending

Essential requirements:

3 years minimum experience ideally with a retail / fit-out background

What are we looking for?

A strong background as a Project Manager

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid etc
