Regulatory Compliance Specialist - up to £65,000 – Hybrid West Yorkshire

Overview:nWe are partnered with a forward thinking, market leading consultancy in the pension space. Our client are seeking a detail oriented regulatory compliance specialist to join they team on a hybrid basis in West Yorkshire. Key responsibilities:nwith the Head of Compliance to ensure that the firm meets its regulatory obligations as set out in the DPB handbooknamendments to legislation and regulations (DPB and FCA) that may impact the firm, work with stakeholders to agree actions and coordinate updates to the firm’s compliance manual as required.nthe firm’s application for FCA authorisationnthe process for approving new authorised advisors and reviewing existing authorised advisors, under the DPB regimencompletion of the firm’s annual DPB return and gather feedback before submitting to the DPB Board at the IFoA

About you:nin regulatory compliance (pension or IFA experience preferred)nindividual who can demonstrate strong organisational skillsnto maintain clear communications
