Job Title: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our recruitment agency. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.


Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

-Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

-Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

-Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.

-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.

- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in recruitment sales.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-Proven experience in sales management within the services or in the recruitment industry.

-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.

-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

-Willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

-Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
