Pay Rate/Salary: Umbrella £157.83 per day, PAYE £119.92 per day
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders and supporting project engineers through various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Process requests to create, amend, and maintain purchase orders on COUPA.
- Liaise with market advisors regarding purchase order queries or requests.
- Run SAP reports as requested by project engineers and verify internal order transactions.
- Address queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team.
- Handle actions or escalations within PROMPT via admin access.
- Process weekly parked and blocked files.
- Manage monthly processing of goods received not invoiced.
- Update weekly safety statistics in preparation for team meetings using the safety stats database.
- Monitor compliance hub tasks daily and update as required.
- Maintain shared files and update procedures.
- Forward key facts and toolbox talks to global engineering teams.
You Will Be Successful If You:
- Work well within a team and can make effective decisions in problem-solving situations.
- Are proactive in suggesting improvements to current processes and evaluating new opportunities.
- Aim to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence through effective communication.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to achieve shared outcomes.
- Have proven knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental risk principles, and contractor management.
Required Skills:
- Validated IT skills for management reporting systems.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with databases and statistics is a plus.
