Our client is a well-established estate agency that is looking for a motivated and conscientious Lettings/Finance Administrator to join their team in Godalming. The ideal Lettings/Finance Administrator be highly organised and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with all property management email enquiries and relevant telephone calls.
Paying all contractor and office related invoices
Managing HMRC, VAT and Waverley Borough Council payments.
Liaising with the accountant to provide quarterly sales & lettings invoices and credit card statements.
Paying the lettings and sales teams monthly salaries.
Preparing and circulating monthly statements to the landlords.
Paying the daily rentals received across to the landlords.
Keeping track of rental arrears and liaising with both landlords and tenants as necessary.
Managing the Sales, Lettings and Client bank accounts, keeping track of the income and outgoings.
Updating and maintaining lettings and finance databases.
Raising Invoices.
Experience and Skills Requirements
Strong IT proficiency particularly Microsoft Excel
Excellent telephone manor
Good attention to detail
Effective communicator both orally and written
