About the role  
Supply Desk is delighted to be able to offer a rewarding Higher Level Teaching Assistant role at an ambitious secondary school in St Leonards. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will be supporting curriculum delivery and attainment by leading intervention groups and 1:1 sessions for Pupil Premium students as required. 
Key responsibilities  
To plan and deliver intervention sessions that boost academic performance. 
To prepare effective and engaging learning opportunities. 
To provide feedback and action points for students to assist their progress. 
To assist in maintaining high standards and a passion for learning across the school community. 
To succeed in this role you will be  
Experienced working with children, with a calm and patient demeanour.  
Local to St Leonards on Sea or willing to commute  
Adaptable to meet children’s needs 
Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential  
HLTA qualifications are a plus but not necessary to apply
