Salary: £23,500
Location: Chester
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday; 9am-5.30pm - Requirement to work a Saturday on a rota'd basis
As a Client Services Executive, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's Sales Consultants, Clients, and Agent Partners. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing sales, operational, administrative, and service support to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
Checking and confirming that all booking components are accurately arranged and that clients' arrangements are well-considered.
Managing all necessary administrative functions, ensuring clients have all the required information at their fingertips.
Collaborating with supplier partners, communicating clients' requirements effectively.
