We are looking for a project lead to take this project through the full design and build process, and requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background and excellent client-facing skills. The Project Manager will ensure the smooth execution of the project, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the infrastructure project from inception to completion.
* Oversee all phases of the project, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning - with support from the wider team
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Minimum of HNC required
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Agent in heavy civils projects, particularly in groundworks and concrete, drainage etc.
* Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Valid driver’s license
