At CDM Recruitment, we are currently working with a leading Construction and Engineering Contractor who has experienced rapid growth over the past few years. The company is looking to continue this expansion and capitalize on project wins by adding the right professionals to the business.

The company undertakes projects in the Commercial sector and is currently recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager for their projects in the North East region. They are looking to take someone on a permanent contract.

Key Requirements:

  1. Valid SSSTS OR SMSTS certification
  2. CSCS CARD
  3. First Aid
  4. IPAF

Candidates must also have at least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Site Manager and experience in the Building Services industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will work closely with the project team to coordinate activities, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
