Quantity Surveying Partner

You will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the business. You will lead and manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function, including overseeing a range of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing long-term client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Lead and manage the quantity surveying division, including the delivery of complex projects
* Provide expert advice on contract law, procurement, and dispute resolution
* Drive business development initiatives and grow our client portfolio
* Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring continuous professional development
* Contribute to the overall business strategy and operational management of the company
The ideal applicant for this position will possess;
* LLM in Construction Law, MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb)
* Extensive experience in a senior quantity surveying role, with strong leadership experience
* Proven track record in project delivery and client management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
* A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the growth and direction of the business
