london, United Kingdom Stealth B2B SaaS Company Full time

About Us We acquire and operate B2B software companies in niche markets around the world. We are looking for an Integrations Associate to support our Integrations Manager as we scale our portfolio. Summary As an Integrations Associate, you will work closely with the Integrations Manager and cross-functional teams to support the full integration lifecycle — from due diligence through post-acquisition review. Your mission is to help acquired companies move swiftly and successfully through integration by coordinating diligence and planning efforts, executing integration and performance improvement plans, supporting post-close performance tracking, and capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities Support the Integration Manager in coordinating integration-related activities during Due Diligence, including identifying and assessing key operational risks across functions. Participate in Opportunity Scoring and M&A Model Review, contributing inputs to validate assumptions and refine integration forecasts. Help develop and execute the 100-Day Integration Plan, driving coordination across Finance, HR, Tech, Legal/Tax, and Operations to ensure rapid post-close stabilization and value creation. Serve as a key integration contact for acquired company teams, managing day-to-day workstreams and resolving blockers across functional areas. Track and report integration milestones, risks, and CP/Remarks resolution; escalate issues where needed to ensure timely resolution. Support the development of the performance improvement plan in collaboration with portfolio leadership and operations teams, translating strategic objectives into tactical initiatives. Assist in execution of the performance improvement plan deliverables, ensuring alignment with expectations on profitability and growth over the first 6–12 months. Participate in the Post-Acquisition Review (PAR) process to assess performance against plan and identify improvement areas in integration execution and assumption accuracy. Contribute to biannual Learning Days by gathering and documenting key lessons learned, refining integration playbooks, and sharing best practices across teams. Essential Requirements 2–3 years of experience in consulting, FP&A, or in a serial acquisition/roll-up environment Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) is a strong plus Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills with experience navigating complex initiatives under tight timelines Solid understanding of B2B SaaS operations and functional integration challenges across Finance, HR, Tech, and Legal Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across internal teams and acquired company leadership Proven ability to manage multiple integration workstreams or concurrent activities in fast-paced, high-change environments High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action Experience with playbook/process documentation, risk tracking, and post-mortem reviews
