Office Relocation and Fit Out Project Manager


Moveworks is a fast-growing and friendly Workplace Consultancy specialising in delivery of hybrid working and office relocation projects.



We are continuing to build on our fantastic reputation with councils and public sector organisations and are additionally excited to be moving into delivery of office relocations in the private sector.


We're keen to chat with Office Relocation PMs with a view to join our growing team as we land more projects across the coming weeks. However we need specific experience and your 'must haves' are as follows;


  • Overall project management of Office Relocation programmes
  • Hybrid Working projects
  • Fit Out project management, inc procurement of D&B contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Reporting and presenting at board level


Hybrid Working - mixture of home working and on site at our clients as necessary

Project/Client location - typically London and South East


We put people at the heart of all our projects so in addition to comprehensive experience as above we're looking for a real people-person; someone happy talking to everyone, looking to make a difference and provide a positive impact to our clients and their workforce through our projects.


Our PM typically reports to our client's senior management team so experience presenting, reporting and meeting with directors is also key.


Though based in Essex and Herts we encourage total flexibility and hybrid working as standard and we think this is a great opportunity for our next PM to come on the journey with our fast-growing, people-focussed, high quality, exciting company.
