Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for developing people? Our client are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join their expanding, entrepreneurial business based in Kirkham.
About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the HR function and driving the people strategy. Leading a team of seven, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business, with a particular focus on Learning and Development.
Your role will encompass a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities. You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. At the same time, you will be involved in the day-to-day HR activities, providing support and guidance to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and developing a high-performing HR team
Building strong relationships with managers and employees across the business
Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Driving L&D initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Providing HR advisory support to managers on a range of people-related issues
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong HR generalist background with a proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a confident and influential leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
