A Day in the Life of  our ServiceNow Developer: 
Implement new features and functionalities based on project requirements. 

Conduct and participate in code reviews. 

Identify and resolve technical issues. 

Participate in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. 

Create and maintain technical documentation. 

Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, or workflows. 

Provide technical expertise on key projects. 
Tools You’ll Use as our Software Developer: 
Essential: Jira, (url removed), ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams. 

Beneficial: Postman, Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Studio, Azure Storage Explorer. 
Qualifications & Experience needed to be our ServiceNow Developer: 
Proficient in ServiceNow application development, support, and maintenance. 

Experience with ServiceNow modules like CSM, CMDB, FSM, ITSM, Asset Management. 

Practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 

Good understanding of UX/UI. 

Experience in a fast-paced SME environment. 
Desirable but not essential qualifications: 
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification. 

Experience in programming languages like C# and JavaScript. 

Web development frameworks and libraries (React, Next.js, Blazor). 

Frontend web development experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). 

Familiarity with server-side programming. 

Relational database experience (preferably Azure SQL Server). 

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure). 

Experience with CI/CD.
