seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team. In your role as a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction site, from coordinating with subcontractors to ensuring safety regulations are followed. Having experience in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and mentor on-site staff, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify any potential issues or delays
- Keep detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, work orders, and change orders
- Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are properly documented and approved
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness
- Proven track record of successful project management and completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
