* To contribute to improving awareness and understanding of the RPC agenda across North Northants, creating a wider network for RPC information sharing to ensure connectivity between all relevant partner organisations. To create and establish links with partners across a range of organisations, including children’s services, adult services, community, voluntary and faith sectors, commissioned services, health, and education to raise awareness and understanding, knowledge and skills around RPC, including identifying new partners who can have positive impact with families experiencing conflict.
* Working within the community to create and build relationships to develop capacity and links to existing services and interventions.
* To contribute to report writing and development of presentations to present at meetings of senior leads.
Educated to degree level OR equivalent professional experience in relevant area involving children’s and / or family work (Education, Family Support Health Professions, Voluntary Sector Provision, Early Years, Youth Work or other Health and Social Care backgrounds)
* At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in partnership and multi-agency working coordinating, delivering and evaluation training to multi-agency partners leading the delivery of key priorities.
* Willing and able to travel to sites within North Northants
