The opportunity:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will have significant input into driving the business forward, focussing on growth, clinical development and excellence, and innovation.nYou will also have input into TIMs sister company, 3D Ortho Products, in developing in-house clinical services and partnerships with third-party clinical providers.nYou will use your strong management experience to support the wider clinical team, including professional development, and you will manage and direct operations on the existing clinical bases.nYou will use your extensive knowledge and network in the field to create, nurture, and maintain excellent business relationships with external clinical organisations. You will drive growth by introducing and promoting the company’s portfolio of products and services.nThe primary focus will be on the United Kingdom and Ireland, although there are no geographical restrictions for certain products and services.nThere is an exciting opportunity, depending on performance, for you to achieve an invitation to The Board.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as either a Prosthetist or as an Orthotist. You will be HCPC registered, and membership in BAPO will be a strong advantage.nExperience in clinical supervision and programme management, with exceptional organisational and leadership skills. You will preferably have a background in running your own SME clinic or practice.nA deep understanding of Professional standards (e.g. HCPC, MHRA, etc.) and the current regulatory environment within the clinical field.nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and an aptitude for resolving issues and conflicts.nA demonstrable track record in budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation.nProficiency in MS Office and computer systems, such as patient management software.
