Grahame Park LOOP, a reuse retail store and workshop in Colindale is seeking a Retail Associate & Driver to join their expanding team.
The Role
The organisation is a reuse hub designed to help communities recycle and reuse more household goods. The organisation collects, repairs, restores and sells unique and lovingly restored furniture, offering training and volunteering opportunities for the community in furniture restoration.
Located on the in Barnet, the organisation comprises of workshop and retail store thereby providing reused, sustainable and affordable furniture to Grahame Park Estate, Colindale and wider Barnet community.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service, front of house, shop floor experience, hospitality or event management
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and cooperative manner
* Ability to work independently and with initiative. Work collaboratively with the team to maximise sale opportunities online and in the shop
* Driving licence and willingness to drive a van / work with others to load and unload furniture
* Knowledge or interest in Reuse and Sustainable products
