Position: Teaching Assistant

Start Date: September
As a Teaching Assistant in our SEN and SEMH schools, you will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 5-16 years. You will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, helping students overcome barriers to their education and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs.
Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Support students with their social and emotional development.
Help implement Individual Education Plans and monitor progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Resilience, patience, and a caring nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience working in a SEN or SEMH setting is desirable but not essential.
