ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Creative Designer for a 6-month fixed-term contract with a possible view to extend to join our studio, specialising in implementation and project rollout. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong project management skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life across various platforms. Experience in digital design, interactive documents, web, and microsite design is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Creative Studio, Client Services, and Senior Leadership Team
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project goals
- Implement designs, action amends, and translate concepts into deliverables within deadlines and budget
- Conduct testing and evaluation to identify optimisation opportunities
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to the client services team
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into projects
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a fun-loving, creative problem solver who keeps their cool under pressure and understands deadlines. The ideal candidate is an organised self-starter, able to multitask and juggle projects with meticulous attention to detail while confidently identifying and resolving potential issues.
DESIRED SKILLSETS, ATTRIBUTES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in creative design project implementation with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign)
• Experience in web marketing/design with knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, and web development principles (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and objectives to diverse audiences
• Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably at a digital or creative marketing agency
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
