We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join our legal firm in Belfast city to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will foster good working relationships within the office and provide excellent service to all clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate front-of-house reception and assist the Estates Team.
Meet and greet clients, visitors, and internal personnel professionally and promptly.
Maintain a neat and tidy front-of-house area, including meeting rooms and reception.
Manage the electronic meeting room booking system.
Support PAs and Legal Advisers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements (e.g., catering, IT equipment, meeting setup).
Set up, prepare, and clear meeting rooms for events and meetings.
Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and handle incoming queries.
Process email and meeting room requests regularly.
Conduct daily checks of the client suite and address any issues.
Provide out-of-hours service for events as needed.
Reconcile and process reception invoices.
Arrange conference calls, video calls, and taxi bookings.
Check and replenish stocks and catering supplies.
Support the Estates Team with postal, filing, and other duties as needed.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Salary: £12 per hour
