About the Role

As a Senior Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our estate agency operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the estate agency team, ensuring high performance and morale.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly liaise with clients and customers, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Sales Management: Handle property sales from launch to completion, negotiate offers, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Business Development: Conduct pitches, produce insightful reports, and explore new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated with local property market trends and provide commentary for media inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct property viewings, manage enquiries, and maintain detailed records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply a proactive approach to continuously improve team performance and service delivery.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an estate agent, with a background in managing a small team.
  • Strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the local property market.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS/AssocRICS are highly desirable.


Essential Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of clients and properties.
  • Proficiency in computer use, with a command of various software packages.
