About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team in Kelso, providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers in the Scottish Borders, Midlothian, and East Lothian areas.

As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the estate agency team in the Kelso office, identifying cross-selling opportunities with other departments.
  • Conducting pitches, producing reports, and sourcing business to drive sales growth.
  • Managing sales from launch to completion, advising clients, negotiating offers, and providing expert guidance.
  • Handling daily applicant enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staying up-to-date with local market trends and providing market insights to our marketing division.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a seasoned Estate Agent with strong sales skills, a passion for property, and excellent communication skills. MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is advantageous. You must be detail-oriented, able to work effectively at all levels, and provide a first-class service to our clients.

This role requires travel to conduct appointments, so a full driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
