We are partnering with an international law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join their London office. The role involves providing a high level of support to business development and marketing activities whilst working closely with members of their leading BD and Marketing team in London. The Responsibilities: Prepare research and reports, assist with pitches, RFPs, and credentials, and support wider BD initiatives. Maintain content for key tools including the deals database, intranet pages, CVs, the pitch toolbox, and other client development resources. Support legal directory and award submissions, update marketing materials, and produce internal and external communications such as newsletters. Conduct client and market research, coordinate information gathering across offices, and draft or edit pitch text and team profiles. Support planning and delivery of client-facing and virtual events—managing CRM target lists, RSVPs, materials, and on-site setup alongside the events team. Deliver high-quality outputs, complete assigned projects efficiently, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Business Development team. The Candidate: Previous business development experience, strong research and analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail. Proactive, energetic, solutions-focused, able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks. Understanding of the legal market, international partnership environments, and relevant sectors (e.g., financial services) is beneficial but not essential. A team player with an ability to work independently and under pressure when facing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. Please note : Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
