Key responsibilities of a Branch Manager:
- Running a profitable and well-organized office providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.n- Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets.n- Optimizing every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.n- Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to flourish in their careers.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager:
- Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progressn- Demonstrable Sales Management experiencen- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environmentn- Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a teamn- Outstanding customer care and service experiencen- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-orientedn- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)n- Full UK driving license
