Agile Project Manager – Global Brand - Up to £68,500 + Excellent Benefits – Hybrid Working / London
Overview:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to guide and optimise their digital product teams, ensuring efficient workflows and continuous improvement. This role also involves supporting product managers in setting and meeting their objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals, working with senior management and stakeholders. Ensure risks are identified and mitigated, resources are allocated, and preparatory work is completed.
Act as an advocate for Agile methodologies across the business.
Help teams apply the most effective Agile methodologies and tools for planning and delivery.
Lead group sessions for cross-functional teams, including retrospectives, planning meetings, and project kick-offs, to drive collaboration and success.
Assist digital managers in problem-solving, organising contractors, and facilitating effective communication within and outside the team.
Organise activities, workshops, and social events that strengthen team bonds and foster a positive working environment.
Exercise cost control, manage expenditure within the agreed budget, and ensure adherence to compliance policies. 
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experienced Project Manager with demonstrable experience in end-to-end project delivery.
Experience working collaboratively with product managers, designers, and software developers.
Proficient in applying concepts and techniques from multiple Agile (and related) methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Qualifications in project and programme management (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
Extensive project experience with a proven track record of delivery. 
Package Details:
Up to £68,500 basic salary.
Hybrid working—3 days in the London office, 2 days working from home.
15% pension contribution.
