As the Team Assistant you will work across a range of project reporting including preparation, monitoring and tracking of all planning and construction projects. You will liaise with accounts, development and external consultants on Tracking internal fee approvals, PO’s and documanagement sign off. You will act as as a liaison between external consultants and internal teams on the respective projects – organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and diary management. You will also assist in the preparation of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails and power point presentations.
You will work almost in an EA capacity; managing diaries, processing expenses, taking minutes and meetings and generally supporting the smooth running of the business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Team Assistant, EA or PA role. You will be highly organized with great attention to detail and be an excellent relationship builder. Proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint is essential.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £35,000 plus benefits
