We have opportunities to join our Commercial and dot2dot nursery insurance teams as an Account Handler or Claims Handler


The Account Handler roles are varied and fast-paced which will see you developing relationships with new and existing clients supporting them to get the right insurance for their business. You will be responsible for the full insurance cycle of your book, handling new business enquiries, renewals and mid-term adjustments. Requiring brilliant attention to detail and first-rate customer service.


The Claims Handler role is equally varied dealing with claims for our Commercial, dot2dot and Personal Lines clients. You will be responsible for advising our clients throughout the claims process providing support and care at every stage.


You will need your outstanding communication skills and insurance industry knowledge to get to know each client and help them understand the ever-changing world of insurance and what it means for them.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English at A-C/ 4-9 level
  • 2 years+ of experience in the commercial insurance sector
  • Great communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn
